Perimenopause, Menopause & HRT
Hormone care that takes the whole woman into account.
Hot flashes may get the attention, but changes in sleep, mood, energy, focus, periods and intimate comfort can affect your whole day. Start with a real conversation — not a one-size-fits-all questionnaire.
We don’t rush, dismiss symptoms, or offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We listen first.

Personalized, Thoughtful Hormone Care
Many patients come to us after being told their labs are “normal,” even though they don’t feel like themselves. During your hormone consultation, we take the time to understand your full picture — symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and health history — not just numbers on a page.
Your visit includes:
A comprehensive hormone and symptom review
Discussion of perimenopause, menopause, or cycle changes
Evaluation of fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, sleep issues, and low libido
Thoughtful, evidence-based treatment options
Clear next steps and follow-up guidance
Our goal is simple: help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your care.

Our Motto
We get you in quick, but we take our time with you.
The Quick Gyno difference
-
We intentionally schedule longer appointments because good care takes time. You should have the opportunity to explain what you’re experiencing, ask questions, and understand your options without feeling rushed. Longer visit times give us the space to listen, have a meaningful conversation, and create a care plan that makes sense for you.
-
When you call Quick Gyno, you’re connecting directly with me (Nohra Adams - Provider) or Karla Juarez (Medical Assistant) —Not a bot or an outsourced call center. We believe personal care should start before you ever walk through our door. You can ask questions, get clear answers, and speak with someone who understands our practice and is here to help.
-
When you come in, we don’t hand you a stack of forms to fill out. Instead, we personally take your information, including your health history. It gives us the opportunity to have a meaningful conversation about your health, your concerns, and your goals— so we can better understand what matters to you and personalize your care.
-
Your time matters. We intentionally schedule our appointments to avoid overbooking and long waits. That means less time sitting in the waiting room and more time with your provider—so your visit feels personal, thoughtful, and never rushed.
A prompt appointment shouldn’t mean rushed care. At Quick Gyno, we make getting gynecology care easier without sacrificing the quality of your visit. We don’t hand you a stack of lengthy forms to fill out or leave you sitting in the waiting room for hours. Instead, we schedule longer visit times so there’s time to understand your history, listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and talk through your care.
Same-day appointments are based on availability, so please call before coming in to confirm your visit time. Quick Gyno is a gynecology clinic and does not provide emergency or walk-in urgent care services.
